Sometimes when we stop our busy lives, look inward and start focusing on what we actually HAVE instead of what we want or are pushing to get. When we do this simple act things shift.
Focusing on the things/people/feelings we are grateful for, even the smallest of things, will only bring more good things into our lives. Practice being grateful before bed, in the morning or in a journal. It will help shift your mind into a love magnet and neurology studies show it actually helps reshape the brain.
Neurons that wire together, fire together. So keep on focusing on the good thoughts to re program your brain. Meditation is also a great practice for this.
